  • 1 cup firm tofu
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble tofu and mix with plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in diced bell peppers and chopped onions.
  4. Grease a baking dish and layer half of the tater tots on the bottom.
  5. Pour the tofu mixture over the tater tots and top with remaining tater tots.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown on top.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving; garnish if desired.
