  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  2. In separate bowls, prepare the coating mixture (breadcrumbs, half of Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper), egg wash (eggs and milk), and dredging flour.
