  • 1 bag (10 oz) vanilla melting wafers
  • Red & green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Crush sugar cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies and cream cheese; mix until well blended.
  4. Roll mixture into balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place on the baking sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  5. Melt the vanilla wafers in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted wafers using a plastic fork; let excess drip off before returning to the sheet.
  7. Freeze again for 5 minutes to set the coating.
  8. Drizzle with leftover melted wafers and sprinkle with festive toppings before serving.
