  • 3/4 cup Cake Flour
  • 8 Tbsp. Cold Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 15 Golden Oreos (roughly chopped)
  • 1.2 oz. Freeze-Dried Strawberries
  • 2 tsp. Strawberry Emulsion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. Cream cold butter with brown and white sugar using a stand mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients; fold in chopped Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, white chocolate chips, and strawberry emulsion.
  6. Shape dough into 6 large cookies and place on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes; let cool before serving.
