  • 200g Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 200g Scallops (fresh or thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 200ml Heavy cream
  • 50ml White grape juice
  • 50g Grated cheese (your choice)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather fresh shrimp and scallops. If frozen, thaw and pat dry.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops to skillet; cook until shrimp turns pink and scallops are opaque.
  4. Pour in white grape juice; simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
