  • 24 mini Reese's Cups, unwrapped

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until just combined.
  6. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and flatten slightly; place a mini Reese's Cup in the center.
  7. Wrap dough around each cup to enclose completely; roll back into a ball shape.
  8. Place on the prepared baking sheet about two inches apart; bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
