  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 ounces)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken until browned (5-7 minutes) and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter, garlic, and onion; sauté until translucent (3-4 minutes).
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, heavy cream, cayenne pepper (if using), garam masala, and curry powder.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
