  • 1 (16 oz) package refrigerated cookie dough
  • 12 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • Optional: Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
  3. Divide the cookie dough into 12 balls and press each into the bottom of muffin cups.
  4. Place a Reese's peanut butter cup upside down on top of each cookie layer.
  5. Pour brownie batter over the peanut butter cups until nearly full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until fully cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm, ideally with vanilla ice cream.
