Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread (sliced)
  • 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 70 ml of softened butter
  • 30 ml of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180º C (350º F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter and olive oil. Add the chopped garlic and parsley; mix thoroughly.
  3. Generously spread the garlic mixture on both sides of each bread slice.
  4. Arrange the slices on a baking tray and bake for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
