  • 170 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 500 g heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 150 g condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9" square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreos using a food processor or rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
  3. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan and freeze while making the filling.
  5. Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form; fold in condensed milk gently.
  6. Add reserved Oreo crumbs and mix until just combined.
  7. Spread ice cream mixture over crust and smooth out; freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
  8. Top with remaining crust mixture and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Cut into squares using a hot knife for clean edges and serve.
