  • 1 large yellow onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 16 ounces frozen green beans, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 32 ounces frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Drain excess grease. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the soups with milk until smooth. Combine with the beef mixture, green beans, and one cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the filling into the baking dish and arrange frozen tater tots on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes until melted.
