This easy milk chocolate banana recipe features frozen banana chunks dipped in smooth milk chocolate. A quick, satisfying dessert or snack made with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips or chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
  • Wooden skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

1. Peel and slice bananas into 1.5-inch pieces.

2. Insert skewers into each banana chunk.

3. Freeze for 15–20 minutes on parchment-lined tray.

4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil using double boiler or microwave.

5. Dip frozen banana pieces in melted chocolate.

6. Place dipped bananas back on tray and freeze until chocolate sets.

Notes

Serve slightly thawed for best texture.

Top with nuts, sea salt, or coconut for variety.

Store in airtight container up to 5 days.
