  • 4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for the marinade.
