  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping sun-dried tomatoes and parsley.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add salmon fillets skin-side down; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer. Stir in Parmesan, thyme, and basil until smooth.
