  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 2 cups sweetened angel flake coconut
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter until smooth; gradually add both sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; stir in the vanilla.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture; fold in chocolate chips, oats, coconut, and pecans.
  6. Scoop out about ¼ cup of dough for each cookie and place them on prepared baking sheets about three inches apart.
