5 oz can of chicken in water (drained)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 large egg
2 oz grated parmesan cheese
4-5 tbsp pesto
½ cup mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Drain canned chicken thoroughly and spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
Increase oven temperature to 500°F (260°C). Transfer baked chicken to a mixing bowl and add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and beaten egg. Mix well.
Form the chicken mixture into a pizza crust shape on the baking sheet.
Pre-bake at 500°F for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through and removing parchment.
Spread pesto over the crust, followed by parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Bake for an additional 8 minutes until toppings are golden brown.
Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and enjoy!
