  • 5 oz can of chicken in water (drained)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 oz grated parmesan cheese
  • 4-5 tbsp pesto
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drain canned chicken thoroughly and spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Increase oven temperature to 500°F (260°C). Transfer baked chicken to a mixing bowl and add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and beaten egg. Mix well.
  4. Form the chicken mixture into a pizza crust shape on the baking sheet.
  5. Pre-bake at 500°F for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through and removing parchment.
  6. Spread pesto over the crust, followed by parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  7. Bake for an additional 8 minutes until toppings are golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and enjoy!
