Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over chicken ensuring it’s well coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for best flavor).
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove chicken from marinade and place in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine crumbled feta with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper; mix gently.
  5. Spoon feta mixture evenly over chicken breasts.
