  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 bulb garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup oil (for frying)
  • Butter for sauce
