  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • (2) 14.5-ounce cans diced tomatoes
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 6-8 ounces mafalda pasta
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 ounces Parmesan cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella cheese
