  • 2 scallions, diced

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Arrange frozen hash brown patties in a single layer in the dish.
