  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1216 gyoza or dumplings (fresh or frozen)
  • Optional: 2 cups bok choy or spinach

Instructions

  2. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring it to a simmer. Stir in soy sauce.
  3. Add gyoza directly into the simmering broth. Cook for 5–7 minutes until fully heated.
  4. Incorporate bok choy or spinach; cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until wilted.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving hot.
