  2. In a large bowl, beat softened butter and creamy peanut butter until fluffy. Add sugars, egg, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; blend until just combined.
  4. Chill dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough; flatten into a disk, place marshmallow cream in the center, and wrap dough around it.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
