  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate

Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a saucepan until it turns dark amber and smells nutty. Let it cool.
  2. Stir instant espresso into the melted butter and set aside.
