  2. In a Ziploc bag, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt; seal and shake until combined.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together egg white, vanilla extract, and water until frothy.
  4. Add the nuts into the egg white mixture and stir until fully coated.
  5. Transfer the coated nuts into the Ziploc bag with the sugar mixture; seal and shake until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the nuts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
