  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer until thickened.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain.
  5. Combine drained pasta with sauce and sliced chicken; toss to coat evenly.
