  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder together.
  4. Alternately mix dry ingredients and sour cream into the butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Layer half the batter in the Bundt pan; sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
