  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breast cutlets)
  • 1 tablespoon light olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 lb brown mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • Seasonings: Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, dry mustard, paprika, salt & pepper

Instructions
