Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup garlic dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing (or garlic aioli)
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 475°F with a pizza stone if using.

2. Roll out dough on parchment paper and brush with olive oil.

3. Spread a thin layer of ranch or aioli as the base sauce.

4. Toss chicken with pickle juice and layer evenly over the dough.

5. Add mozzarella, provolone, and pickle slices.

6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

7. Garnish with dill, red pepper flakes, or extra pickle slices. Slice and serve.
