  • 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 and 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9×13 metal pan by spraying it with nonstick spray and lining it with parchment paper.

  6. Layer half of the brownie batter in the prepared pan, followed by cookie dough, then top with remaining brownie batter.
  7. Bake for about 38 to 44 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly soft; cool before slicing.
