  • 1 lb Black Forest Ham

  • 1 lb wheel brie cheese
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound sliced gouda
  • 1/2-1 cup Cheese Curds
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 bag mini bell peppers
  • 8 ounces fresh pineapple spears
  • Seedless Grapes
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 1 pint small tomatoes (cherry or grape)
  • 1-2 cups kalamata olives
  • 1-2 cups green olives
  • 2 cups French Onion Dip
  • Assorted Crackers
  • Breadsticks

Instructions

  1. Start with a large serving board; place small round containers for dips and olives evenly spaced on the board.
  2. Arrange the rolled slices of turkey, roast beef, and ham alongside blocks of brie and cheddar cheese.
  3. Add whole mini bell peppers, tomatoes, and pineapple spears to fill the board.
  4. Fill in gaps with veggie curls from zucchini and carrots, cheese curds, raspberries, prosciutto, and soppressata.
  5. Finish with grapes scattered across the board for an eye-catching look.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready.
