  • 4 large fresh croissants
  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese (or preferred cheese)
  • 12 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  2. Cut the croissants in half lengthwise and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer each bottom half with a slice of cheese, 3 slices of bacon, and a quarter of the scrambled eggs. Top with another slice of cheese before placing the top half of the croissant.
