  • ½ lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • ½ lb ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 large shallot (or yellow onion)
  • ⅔ cup chopped carrots
  • ⅔ cup chopped celery
  • 3 tbsp unsalted almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 1-2 heads Butter lettuce

Instructions
