  • 1 medium head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter – melted
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the batter.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret evenly in the batter and shake off excess.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the battered cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. While cooking, combine buffalo sauce and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  7. Toss the cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce before serving.
