  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, Sriracha, and ginger.
  2. Pour half of the marinade into a large bowl with the chicken thighs. Coat well and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 14 minutes, flipping halfway through until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, reduce the reserved marinade in a small pot over medium-low heat until thickened.
  6. Drizzle the thickened sauce over the cooked chicken and garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
